    5. Yes. DISH will forward all gifts to the We Are The World Foundation. The We Are The World Foundation was formed on February 5, 2010, as a nonprofit public benefit corporation at the request of its founders, Lionel Richie and Quincy Jones.

  5. Is my gift tax-deductible?

    6. No. In order for your gift to be tax deductible, DISH Network would have to send your personal information associated with each donation you make, thus making payments individually. Because DISH Network will be sending aggregate payments in the full amount collected, individual information is not included. As a result, your gift is not tax deductible.
