1. Am I eligible for the DISH’n It Up Bonus Credit?

Only current customers who upgraded to a new receiver through the DISH’n It Up promotion on or after 2/1/07 through 1/31/08 and were a DISH Network customer for more than one year are eligible. Eligible customers must mail in a copy of their latest statement with the redemption form within 60 days of upgrading their programming.

2. Am I eligible for the DISH Network HD Bonus offer?

Only existing customers who added DishHD programming for the first time between 12/1/06 and 8/14/07 are eligible for this offer. Eligible customers must mail in a copy of their latest statement with the redemption form within 60 days of upgrading their programming. This statement must show DishHD programming purchase.

3. Am I eligible for both the DISH’n It Up Bonus and HD Bonus credits?

You are eligible to receive both the DISH’n It Up Bonus and HD Bonus credits if you 1) upgraded to a High Definition receiver under DISH’n It Up and have been a customer for more than 1 year 2) upgraded to DishHD programming for the first time 3) Complete this form and check both boxes on the form for each of these credits and mail in with a copy of your latest statement showing your qualifying DishHD programming within 60 days of your upgrade date.

4. What is the deadline for sending in the Mail-In Redemption Form?

Your completed Mail-In Redemption form along with a copy of your billing statement must be postmarked no later than 60 days from your DISH’n It Up upgrade date or DishHD upgrade date.

5. Where can I find a copy of my billing statement?

Your billing statement is sent to you monthly. If you have opted for paperless billing or have misplaced your billing statement, please visit www.dishnetwork.com/myaccount to view and print your statement online.

6. What do I do if I have not received my first credit within 8-10 weeks of when I send in my form?

If your DISH’n It Up Bonus credit or your $10 HD Bonus credit has not appeared on your billing statement by then, please call 1-888-873-3245. Customer service agents are available Monday – Friday 6AM – 6PM MT.

7. How will my DISH’n It Up Bonus/HD Bonus be applied once my form has been received and processed?

If you qualify for the DISH’n It Up Bonus, you will receive a one-time credit for each receiver you upgraded (maximum of two) on your DISH Network account.

If you qualify for the HD Bonus you will receive a separate $10 credit for 10 months (a total of $100). Once the $10 credits start appearing on your statement they will continue for 10 months thereafter.

Please note your DISH Network account must remain in good standing for you to receive your credits. If your account is not in good standing or you downgrade to non-qualifying programming at any given time you will forfeit any future credits.
