Can I substitute one channel for another in my basic package?

Unfortunately, we do not allow channel substitutions. We strive to make satellite programming as affordable as possible and our packages have been set up in balance with cost effectiveness and consumer demand. One way to help keep our customer’s programming costs low is to provide stations in packages, rather than a la carte.

Why are International channels not available on the 119 or 110 satellites?

We are not able to offer International channels on the 119 or 110 satellite locations due to the space constraints on the satellites in those orbital slots. All International programming (other than the DISH Latino programming) is available on the 61.5, 148 or 121 satellite locations only.

Can I get International Programming only?

Yes, you can purchase International programming services only. Along with the cost of the International Programming, there is a $5.00 monthly charge. This is an access fee, as it does cost more to rebroadcast the International channels. This fee is waived if you purchase one of our basic programming packages such as America’s Top 60 or Great Wall TV.

For more information on our International channels, click here.
