Channel 101

Channel 101 is dedicated to informing you about your DISH Network system, billing statement and many other things. You, the viewer, can now take time to focus on particular sections that you need more information on. You will be able to digest the information more efficiently, as opposed to having to sit through the entire content lineup waiting for the information that you need. You also have the chance to make your voice heard with the customer survey function.

    View your bill, pay your bill and set up credit card AutoPay on your TV
    Take a peek at your billing information or get answers to your most frequently asked questions. Make a safe and secure payment by using the one-time payment option or set up AutoPay to automatically pay your bill monthly. Kick back, relax and forget about checks, stamps and paperwork!

    Upgrade your Account
    Never wait on hold to service your account again! Add channels such as movie package subscriptions or great interactive games from DishHOME Interactive Channel 100. You can also subscribe to DISH Network’s viewing guide, “DISH Entertainment Magazine” (DEM), and stay informed of entertainment news and listings each month.

Order History

The Order History application will allow the customer to check the status of all ordered/purchased goods (with exception of PPV orders & upgrades through CSA) made through their receiver (3900, 4900, 111, 301, 311, 322, 501, 508, 510, 522, 625 and 942) from any vendor. Purchased items include items ordered from commerce partners, for example electronics, CDs, DVDs, flowers, food, clothes, gift certificates, coupons, etc.

Tech Help Center

Select Tech Help Center under SERVICE to learn how to use your remote, create favorites lists, set up parental locks, use themes and searches, use your DVR and much more. The Tech Help Center is currently available for 3900, 4900,Solo 301,Solo 311, 501, 508, 510,Duo 322,DuoDVR™ 522,DuoDVR™ 625, 721, 811 and 942 model receivers.

Remote Help

New Remote Help available on DishHOME Interactive Channel 100! An exciting new application has been launched to help you set up your remote control. With this application, you are given step-by-step instructions to program your DISH Network remote control to operate your TV. Benefits: Quick & Easy, No need to contact DISH Network Customer Service and Always available!

To access Remote Help: 1. Tune to channel 100 or press the DishHOME button on your remote 2. Select ‘1’ for Customer Service 3. Select ‘2’ for Remote Help

Customer Info

Displays the Residential Subscriber Notice and the DISH Network Privacy Policy via customer’s set-top box. Allows customers to read customer information if they didn’t keep this information at the time of installation.

The Weather Channel

Get your local weather information with the touch of a button from the most trusted name in weather forecasting, The Weather Channel! For the first time ever, satellite viewers can get "Local on the 8s" weather information! Just press select on your remote when you see the special trigger icon located on The Weather Channel (channel 214). You can also access you local weather whenever you want by going to DishHOME (channel 100) and selecting "TWC Weather" under the ‘News’ category. It’s accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

TWC Weather introduces DISH Network subscribers to a rich set of weather information from over 19,000 cities and over 33,000 zip codes throughout the US, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Get Current Conditions, Regional Radar Maps, Short Term Forecast, 5-Day Extended Forecast, select A New City based on zip code or city listing.
