Activating your DISH Network Online Account is an easy way to manage your billing online. View and pay your bill online, sign up for AutoPay with Paperless Billing, upgrade your service and get access to existing customer offers- all from your computer! Activate your Online Account»

Paperless Billing

Now you don't have to receive a bill in the mail each month. Review your bill online by logging in or creating an Online Account. Enroll in Paperless Billing using your Online Account or just check the box on the back of your payment coupon of your monthly billing statement and we will no longer mail you a DISH Network bill. It's easy and convenient!

Automatic Monthly Payment Options
Credit Card AutoPay

This FREE feature allows you to have your bill automatically charged to your credit or debit card account each month. If you choose to receive a printed bill, you will still receive a statement but will no longer have to send in a payment. Save time and money and avoid late fees! EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

This feature enables you to have your monthly fees automatically deducted from your checking account on your statement due date. You will still receive a statement but will no longer have to send in a payment.

To activate this FREE service, please fill out the Automatic Payment section on the back of your payment coupon of your monthly billing statement and mail it to us with a voided check. Please include a payment for your current balance due or we will process an automatic payment upon receipt of your request. Although this payment will be processed immediately, please allow one full billing period before your EFT request is automatically deducted.

One-time Payment Options
One-time Credit Card and Debit Card Payments

You can make a secure online payment for FREE by logging in to your Online Account on www.dishnetwork.com. This service accepts any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card credit card or debit card. Or, simply call 1-888-686-2388 to use our automated telephone system.

One-Time Check Payment

Make a secure online payment by logging in to your Online Account. Check payments are electronically withdrawn from the checking or savings account you provide within 1-3 business days and will post to your DISH Network account immediately. There is no transaction fee.

Check payments made over the phone will post to the account immediately and will be withdrawn from your banking account within 3 business days.

Pay-In-Cash

You can also pay your DISH Network bill at thousands of retail locations. It's quick and easy! With DISH Network Pay-in-Cash service you can pay at any retail store that offers: MoneyGram Express Payments, IPP (In Person Payments), GreenDot MoneyPak, PreCash, Western Union Quick Collect, CheckFreePay and ACE Cash Express. Use the Pay In Cash Locator to find a participating retail location near you.

Please Remember
  • Write your 16 digit DISH Network account number on the check or money order.
  • Allow 5-7 business days from the mailing date for the payment to post to your account.
  • Do not write on your payment coupon or send correspondence with your payment. This will slow the processing of your payment. Send all correspondence to feedback@echostar.com.
  • If you pay by check, DISH Network converts your check payment into an electronic debit transaction. If you have any questions or wish to continue receiving your cancelled check, please call 1-888-686-2388.
