If you are currently experiencing loss of programming or audio, please try the following procedures:
  1. Turn off your receiver
    Press the front panel button and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Leave the receiver unplugged for 30 seconds and plug it back in. If this does not restore your programming or audio, please try step two.
  2. Pull out your smartcard
    The smartcard is located behind a door on the front, left corner of your receiver. Remove it for 15 seconds and then re-insert it into your receiver.
