Official Rules: DISH Network's "WATCH ARABIC TV AND WIN CASH” SWEEPSTAKES.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

1. Dates: The Sweepstakes-Period is from 9/01/2007 to 10/14/2007, 2007 ("Game-Start") through March 15, 2008 ("Game-End").
2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C. (excluding, without limitation, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories),who are 21 years of age and older at the time of entry and who subscribed to an Arabic channel on DISH Network from September 1, 2007 to October 14, 2007. Employees, directors and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless where they live) or members of households of EchoStar Satellite, L.L.C (“Sponsor”), and it’s partners, distributors and resellers and THE MARKETING AGENCY, L.L.C (“Administrator”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
3. How to Play: There are two ways to enter: 1) One entry will be awarded automatically to all Arabic Channel subscribers on DISH Network, whose accounts are active and in good credit standing who have converted to the AutoPay option as of 11:59 PM, MT, March 15, 2008. 2) You may also enter by hand printing your name, address, daytime phone number and email address on a 3½"x5½" postcard and mailing it, postage paid, postmarked no later than March 15, 2008 to be received by March 22, 2008, to DISH Network's "Watch Arabic TV and Win Cash” Sweepstakes, c/o The Marketing Agency, PO Box 9135, Newton Upper Falls, MA 02464-9135. Limit one entry per household regardless of method of entry.  
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen, in random drawings, from all eligible entries awarded and received, on or about April 15, 2008. Winners will be notified by USPS mail to their DISH Network billing address or address on the mail-in entry, or by phone or email to the phone number or email address on file or on the entry. Potential winners will have to agree to accept the prize and supply/confirm full contact information within 48 hours of date on email or phone message left or seven (7) days of date on a mailed notification or it will be concluded definitively that the prize has been refused and an alternative potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. All potential prizewinners will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within three (3) days of the date on notification. If a potential winner fails to comply on time or if a prize notification or prize award is returned or cannot be delivered, it will be concluded definitively that the prize has been declined and, without further notice, an alternative winner will be selected. A prize will be awarded only if winner complies with all these Official Rules and if prize is properly claimed according to these Official Rules.
5. Quantities, Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds: (1) Grand Prize: A check for $4,000. ARV: $4,000; (1) First Prize: A check for $3,000. ARV: $3,000; (1) Second Prize: A check for $1,500. ARV: $1,500; (1) Third Prize: A check for $1,000. ARV: $1,000; (1) Fourth Prize: A check for $500. ARV: $500. Odds of winning any prize: Dependent on total number of eligible entries received at Game-End and mail-in entries postmarked by Game-End and received by March 22, 2008. Limit one prize per household. A prize does not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules.
6. General: Sweepstakes administration, winner selection and prize claim verification will be conducted by THE MARKETING AGENCY, L.L.C, the independent judging organization. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access EchoStar to convert to Auto-Pay due to telephone, Internet, virus or network problems, or for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason including, but not limited to, lost or unavailable Internet or telephone network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled Internet or telephone transmissions, force majeure, typographical or system errors, human errors, including but not limited to, errors by Sponsor’s representatives who enter incorrect information into any of Sponsor’s computer systems. Proof of entry is not proof of entry registration. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly. Winners will be drawn from among all eligible entries awarded up to the time of cancellation/termination. By entering, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, EchoStar Satellite LLC and THE MARKETING AGENCY, L.L.C, their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors, agents and representatives and their respective, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and production agencies and print production agencies and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from all liability (including attorney's fees and costs) regarding participation in the sweepstakes and, without limitation, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in any sweepstakes related activity. By accepting a prize, a winner waives the right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto). By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitutions or exchanges will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize, or a portion of a prize, of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of any prize or force majeure.
7. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. This offer may not be reproduced, reprinted or published elsewhere in any format without the written permission of the sponsor.
9. All federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If Sponsor is required by applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, or by action of an administrative agency to cease offering the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to (i) terminate the Sweepstakes in such jurisdiction or in its entirety, and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Sweepstakes any and/or all entries from entrants residing in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to any Sweepstakes entrants. All taxes are winner’s responsibility and an IRS form 1099 will be issued for the year 2008 for any prize valued over $600.
10. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use a winner's name, voice, likeness and any and all identifying characteristics for promotional, advertising and publicity purposes (including, without limitation, posting to the dishtv.com website) in perpetuity. This permission includes, but is not limited to, the taking of photographs and/or videos by Sponsor's photographer/videographer for publicity purposes without further consent or compensation and winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Sponsor to convey such rights to own all the results thereof. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.
11. Sponsor, THE MARKETING AGENCY, L.L.C and all production agencies shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules.
12. Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby waives any right he/she may have to a trial by jury and agrees that any and all disputes, claims, actions and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules and other documents shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a Federal court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Douglas County, Colorado. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages and in no event attorneys’ fees or “costs.” Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
13. For a Winners List: Send a self addressed, adequately-stamped, #10, business envelope to Winners - DISH Network’s “DISH Network's "Watch Arabic TV and Win Cash" Sweepstakes, c/o The Marketing Agency, L.L.C, 233 Needham Street, Suite 300, Newton MA 02464  to be received by April 15, 2008. You cannot enter the Sweepstakes using this address. Entries mailed to this address will be discarded.
