1. How can I save $100?

DISH Network customers who place their orders with DISH Network for video programming and high-speed Internet can save $100.00.  To save $100.00, new customers must submit their redemption form claiming the credit for high-speed Internet.   
2. What restrictions apply for the $100 Back high-speed Internet offer?

WildBlue offer requires 18-month commitment to minimum Internet package. If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 18-month period, a cancellation fee equal to $25.00 per cancelled month of service will apply. A $199 lease equipment fee applies. Equipment must be returned to DISH Network upon termination of qualifying service (modem and TRIA). After 18-month period, customer may need to call to cancel anti-virus protection or then-current price will apply. Data usage may be restricted based on Fair Access Policy; visit www.dishmail.net/legal for details. Service available in the continental United States only. Local and state sales taxes may apply.

You are eligible for the $100 Back offer if your DISH Network billing statement shows qualifying DISH Network programming (America’s Top 100, America’s Top 200, America’s Top 250, America’s “Everything” Pak, DishLATINO, DishLATINO Plus, DishLATINO Dos, DishLATINO Max or Great Wall TV Package).   Minimum qualifying DISH Network programming must be maintained.  For new customers activating with DISH Network, other restrictions may apply depending on promotion.

3. Am I eligible for the $100 Back high-speed Internet offer?

Both new and existing customers who purchase DSL through DISH Network or DISH Network High-Speed Internet powered by WildBlue on or after 3/13/07 through 1/31/2008 are eligible.

You are eligible to receive the $100 Back high-speed Internet offer along with other DISH Network promotions if, during the eligibility period, you:

a) Purchase and activate DSL from DISH Network, or DISH Network High-Speed Internet powered by WildBlue, and subscribe to a minimum qualifying DISH Network programming package.
b) Complete the $100 Back redemption form, checking all applicable boxes on the form for each offer, and mail in with a copy of your latest statement showing your qualifying DISH Network programming and DISH Network High-Speed Internet powered by WildBlue service within 60 days of your high-speed Internet activation date. 

Eligible customers who redeem the $100 Back high-speed Internet offer because they purchased DSL through DISH Network must include a copy of their DISH Network billing statement indicating qualifying programming and a copy of their DSL provider’s billing statement clearly showing the DSL charges.

Eligible customers who redeem the $100 Back high-speed Internet offer because they purchased DISH Network High-Speed Internet powered by WildBlue must include a copy of their DISH Network billing statement indicating minimum qualifying DISH Network programming and DISH Network High-Speed Internet powered by WildBlue service.

4. What is the deadline for sending in the Mail-In Redemption form?

Your completed Mail-In Redemption form along with a copy of your billing statement(s) must be postmarked no later than 60 days from your high-speed Internet activation date.

5. Where can I find a copy of my billing statement?

Your DISH Network billing statement is sent to you monthly. If you have opted for paperless billing or have misplaced your billing statement, please visit www.dishnetwork.com/myaccount to view and print your statement online. Your DISH Network billing statement includes DISH Network programming and DISH Network High-speed Internet powered by WildBlue.

Your DSL billing statement is provided separately by your DSL provider. Contact them for a copy of your DSL billing statement.

6. What do I do if I have not received my first credit within 8-10 weeks of when I send in my form?

If your first $10.00 high-speed Internet credit has not appeared on your billing statement by then, please call 1-888-873-3245. Customer service agents are available Monday – Friday 6AM – 6PM MT.

7. How will I receive the $100 Back for the DISH Network high-speed Internet offer once my form has been received and processed?

If you qualify for the $100 Back DISH Network high-speed Internet offer, you will receive a $10.00/month credit for 10 months (a total of $100.00). Once the first $10.00 credit appears on your statement, they will continue for 9 months thereafter.

Please note: your DISH Network account must remain in good standing for you to receive your credits. If your account is not in good standing or you downgrade to non-qualifying programming at any given time you will forfeit any future credits.

8. What programming qualifies for the $100 Back DISH Network high-speed Internet offer?

Minimum qualifying programming packages are: America’s Top 100, America’s Top 200, America’s Top 250, America’s “Everything” Pak, DishLATINO, DishLATINO Plus, DishLATINODos, DishLATINO Max or Great Wall TV Package.

9. I want to get my high-speed Internet service directly from the Internet provider.  Do I qualify for this credit offer?

This offer is available only to customers who order their high-speed Internet service directly from DISH Network or a DISH Network Authorized Retailer.  Customers who order high-speed Internet directly from a DSL provider or from WildBlue do not qualify for this offer.  Customers who receive a single bill from a DSL provider for both DISH Network and DSL service do not qualify for this offer.
