The online marketing specialist is responsible for management and coordination of multiple initiatives to improve the company’s ecommerce web experience.

 

 


Job Description

The successful candidate will be a strong, hands-on leader able to provide meaningful and actionable insights regarding our website and online marketing efforts.  He/she must have prior web analytics and campaign analysis experience.  

 

Position will primarily focus on managing projects and enhancements for our corporate domain - dishnetwork.com. Successful candidate will be a strong, hands-on leader able to multitask in a fast past environment with shifting priorities. He/she must have proven project management experience working within an ecommerce/web development environment.   

 

 

Responsibilities include management of projects and tasks that will directly impact the company’s online operations, online acquisitions and online support functions. These include but are not limited to:

 

  • Web strategy development
  • Requirements gathering and documenting
  • Content routing and reviewing
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Testing
  • Vendor management

Education & Experience

 

BA/BS degree from accredited university in marketing or computer science. 2+ years relevant project management experience. Agency experience preferred but not required.

 


Skills & Qualifications
  • Team player with effective communication skills and strong project management background.
  • Proven ability working in fast paced matrix environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical deliverables.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project.
  • Must be well versed in web/ecommerce technologies used and terminology thereof.
  • Ability to maintain strong rapport with stakeholders from multiple divisions.
